• Quick Test: Replacing the batteries will not fix solar lights that are broken, water damaged, rusty or faulty. To check if the solar light is working simply charge the batteries in a household charger and if the lights work for a few days and then stop working again this tells us the batteries are working correctly but the charging system is failing to recharge the batteries again and therefore the solar light is no longer working.
• Top Fix: Please clean the solar panel on your lights to allow the batteries to charge. Try to position your solar lights in a good sunny spot.
• Trouble Shooting : If your solar light stays lit during the day please clean the top of the solar light including the solar panel to allow light to the sensor. Once the daylight hits the sensor the light will turn off. A dirty solar panel or cover may convince the solar light it is night time and therefore turning the light on during the day.
