The external bean hopper prevents them from overheating, ensuring better extraction
• FOR A PROFESSIONAL BREWING: The manometer with black back-lit display checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correcly executed
• STEAM AND HOT WATER: The multidirectional wand with anti-burn handle delivers hot water and steam, for a foam like the bar. Both water and steam functions can be activated by the front buttons and adjusted by the side knob
