Designed to compliment the GYM MASTER Dual Cable System Attachment for the GM3 Power Rack, you simply slide it onto your uprights and secure the locking pins at a height comfortable for you. With an extra wide padded cushion, this attachment can keep you firmly in place and enable you to achieve new PB's and that critical full stretch when performing pulling movements with the upper pulley. Compatible with GM3 60x60mm Racks with 16.5mm holes and 1160mm between them (see dims image). Approx Dimensions: Pin Diameter: 15.5mm. Cushion Width: 50cm. Cushion Diameter: 9cm.
