Matured for a minimum of 9 years in hand-selected American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels and European Oak Oloroso sherry seasoned butts and puncheons, before being carefully married together. The marriage of rich dried fruits, subtle vanilla sweetness and lingering woodsmoke Richly layered notes of cinnamon-dusted raisins flecked with sea salt on the palate. Enjoy neat or on the rocks. Add a splash of water to let the flavour intensify. Distilled and bottled on the Isle of Islay, Scotland.
